HPLC determination of prednisone acetate added illegally in Tianma capsules

目的:应用 HPLC 法测定中成药天麻胶囊中非法添加的激素醋酸泼尼松。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测(RP-HPLC-DAD)分析技术,Diamonsil(钻石)C_(18)柱(5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm),流动相为甲醇-水(58:42),检测波长为240 nm,流速1 mL·min^(-1)。结果:醋酸泼尼松在11.9～59.6μg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为102.44%,RSD 为2.16%。结论:本法操作简便,结果准确,专属性强,适用于检测天麻胶囊中非法添加的激素醋酸泼尼松。

Objective：To determine prednisone acetate added illegally in Tianma capsules by HPLC. Method：RP -HPLC- DAD was used. The detection conditions were： Diamonsil C18 （5 μm,4.6mm×150mm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol- water （58： 42） ,detection wavelength was 240 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL·min^-1 Results： The linear range of concentration curve was 11.9 - 59.6μg·mL^-1. The average recovery of the sample was 102. 44% with RSD = 2. 16%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, accurate and specific, it can be used in determining prednisone acetate in Tianma capsules.
