HPLC-ELSD determination of glucose,maltotriose and other related substances in maltose

目的:建立 HPLC-ELSD 测定麦芽糖中葡萄糖和麦芽三糖等有关物质的方法。方法:采用 SHISEIDO CAPCELL NH_2柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(65:35);流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测器:蒸发光散射检测器检测;柱温:室温。结果:麦芽糖和葡萄糖及麦芽三糖等有关物质分离度良好,葡萄糖和麦芽三糖的最低检出限分别为0.047μg和0.042μg。结论:本法简便、准确,专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于麦芽糖中葡萄糖及麦芽三糖等有关物质的检查。

Objective：To establish an HPLC -ELSD method to determine glucose, maltotriose and other related substances in maltose. Method：The HPLC method was conducted on a SHISEIDO CAPCELL NH2 column（4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm） and coupled with evaporative light - scattering detection （ ELSD）, with acetonitrile - water （65： 35 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^- 1 and the column temperature was room temperature. Results： The resolution between glucose, maltotriose and maltose was satisfactory, and the LOD of glucose and maltotriose were 0. 047μg and 0. 042 μg, respectively. Conclution： A simple, accurate and sensitive HPLC method to determine glucose, maltotriose and other related substances in maltose is established.
