摘要 目的:建立 HPLC-ELSD 测定麦芽糖中葡萄糖和麦芽三糖等有关物质的方法。方法:采用 SHISEIDO CAPCELL NH_2柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水(65:35);流速:1.0 mL·min^(-1);检测器:蒸发光散射检测器检测;柱温:室温。结果:麦芽糖和葡萄糖及麦芽三糖等有关物质分离度良好,葡萄糖和麦芽三糖的最低检出限分别为0.047μg和0.042μg。结论:本法简便、准确,专属性好,灵敏度高,可用于麦芽糖中葡萄糖及麦芽三糖等有关物质的检查。 Objective:To establish an HPLC -ELSD method to determine glucose, maltotriose and other related substances in maltose. Method:The HPLC method was conducted on a SHISEIDO CAPCELL NH2 column(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5μm) and coupled with evaporative light - scattering detection ( ELSD), with acetonitrile - water (65: 35 ) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^- 1 and the column temperature was room temperature. Results: The resolution between glucose, maltotriose and maltose was satisfactory, and the LOD of glucose and maltotriose were 0. 047μg and 0. 042 μg, respectively. Conclution: A simple, accurate and sensitive HPLC method to determine glucose, maltotriose and other related substances in maltose is established.
