Through making survey on 2006 National U17 basketball matches, this paper analyzes the new developing condition of our junior basketball in China. The result shows that the development of basketball sports in all ranks of high schools goes very fast, especially in key high schools. Those schools＇have a great many of talent and promising basketball players and can provide the high - level basketball teams of high schools with references and relevant methods in enrollments and training aspects.
