本文通过了解当今世界田径运动的发展趋势,探讨了科学选材的重要性。分析了田径选材的现状和发展方向,提出田径选材方法和观念创新对我国田径运动可持续发展的作用。
From the developing trend of modem world athletics, this paper dis-cusses the importance of scientific talent identification, analyzes the current condition and developing direction and puts forward talent identification method and innovation for our sustainable development.
