浅论背越式跳高弧线助跑技术与训练方法 被引量:3

摘要 从运动生物力学和教育学等角度出发,采用测量法、数理统计法,经对广州体育学院田径跳高代表队的5位队员进行背越式跳高弧线助跑起跳的实地测量获得有关数据,应用到"加点控制背越式跳高弧线助跑起跳的教学实验"中。研究结果:该方法能使助跑曲线更趋合理,产生更佳的起跳效果,能促进学生技术动作的掌握,提高弧线助跑的实效性。经实践与理论分析,选取助跑曲线π/4、S(|AB|/|OA|)处为控制点,不仅符合运动生物力学规律,而且也符合个体的生理特征,又便于实地操作。从实践中的各项指标看,实验组效果明显优于对照组。 From the point of exercise biomechanics and pedagogy and using the method of measurement and mathematical statistics, this paper makes survey on five student - athletes from Guangzhou Sports Institute for their arc approach take - off to obtain the related data. The result shows that this method can cause the approach curve to hasten reasonably, produces good take - off the effect, can promote student technology movement grasping and enhance the arc approach the effectiveness. After the practice and the theoretical analysis, select the approach curve π/4、S(|AB|/|OA|) are control points, not only conforms to the movement biology mechanics rule, but also conforms to the individual physiological characteristic, also is advantage for operation on the spot. From the practice, the experimental group effect sttrpasses the control group obviously.
