摘要
人格特质一直与创新能力有着密切的联系。本研究对竞技体操技术创新主体与一般大学生的个性因素进行相互的对比研究,以期找出差异和差距,并提出发展对策,以供参考。
Personality has closely relation with innovative ability all the while. This paper makes study on the personality of gymnastic technical innovation principal part and undergraduate. The main purpose is to find out their difference and provide developmental countermeasure for gymnastic technical innovation principal part.
