摘要
2008年奥运会即将在我国首都北京举行,太极拳作为中华武术的一个拳种,以其深邃的文化内涵、丰富的运动形式,融健身、防身、娱身、修身、医身等功能于一体。然而,奥运会后,如何全面科学地发展太极拳,事关武术走向世界,故发展太极拳意义重大。本文拟就太极拳的全面继承、改革、发展进行科学理性的思考。
The 2008 Olytnpic Games will be held in Beijing, the capital of China. Taijiquan as one kind of Chinese martial art has profound cultural meaning and colorful exercise style. It combines the function of body exercise, recreation and cultivation. However, after Olympic Games, how to develop the Tajiquan in comprehensive and scientific way has important influence on Tajiquan.
