西南地区钢铁产业联合重组的可行性研究

通过对西南地区钢铁发展现状的分析,结合国家经济发展及产业政策,认为西南地区钢铁企业的联合重组是企业生存发展的需要,也是推动发展该地区行业健康发展的需要。通过间接式的联合重组,有利于形成科学先进的管理理念和各企业的融合,更适合西南钢铁产业的现状。同时,联合重组需要有政府的积极支持,才能有效推进。

It also promotes development of steel ＆ iron industrial of this area. Indirect is advantaged for unity and renew combination. It will promote manage and merger of enterprise culture, and it is more suitable for this area. But it is necessary of government support for pushing the work forward.
