The product quality is what a company rely on largely to compete on the market. It has been a hot topic of enterprise management for years. Therefore, the effort to find out the cause of a quality index change has been becoming a critical task for company＇s statistical analysis and management. This year, we improve the yield of ingot to steel tube significantly as against that of last year. This achievement has drawn attention from top management and related functional departments within our company. The yield of ingot to steel tube, affect not only product quality, but also economic benefit. As a member of quality statistics, we are obliged to utilize scientific method of statistical analysis to find out the main cause of yield improvement on ingot to steel tube so that we can work out a better process to control yield level. By making use of advantages of statistical analysis, i.e. information, consultation and supervision, we can take the initiative of proactive participation in company＇s decision-making and improvement of economic benefit and promotion of enterprise management level.
