2007年上半年银行间外汇市场交易活跃,除外币拆借交易量较2006年下半年有所下降外,人民币外汇远期、人民币外汇掉期、外币对交易的交易量均有所增长,尤其是人民币外汇远期和掉期的交易量出现大幅增长。人民币总体继续走强,人民币兑美元汇率上半年末收报于7.6155。
In the first half year of 2007, the interbank FX market traded actively. Turnover of FX deposits shrank slightly as compared with the second half of 2006, while RMB/FX forward, RMB/FX swap and FX pairs trading all witnessed rises in turnover. In particular, the trading volumes of RMB/FX forward and swap both increased greatly. RMB exchange rate maintained its strength and closed the first half year at 7.6155 against the USD.
