目的探讨研制符合城市特点的妇幼保健信息数据管理网络平台，创新信息管理模式，提升管理水平。方法①按照妇幼保健信息监测要求和两个系统管理方案确定平台需求；②根据随机分层的抽样的原则，在全市选取了122家各级妇幼机构、社区卫生服务中心、乡卫生院、综合医院妇产科及幼儿园作为应用观察对象，了解平台应用一年后对保健职能履行情况。结果①建立了全市三层网络架构数据直报网络模式；②平台具有数据分析功能，对偏离预设值指标能早期预警；③平台建立了全市信息链，创新了保健模式，使社区能对妇女儿童实行个案追踪动态管理；④建立了以个案信息为基础的报表，使信息管理更加准确、及时、完整。结论平台技术在全市成功推广应用后能使全市妇幼保健三级保健网底信息数据互通互联，资源共享；依托平台明确了职责，强化了信息监测和反馈指导作用，保健管理和服务在平台技术支持下有了新的发展。

Objective To explore and developt a women and children information system network platform with the city characteristics, as to innovate the information management pattern and promot management level. Methods ①Determine platform demand according to the health care information surveillance requirements and two system administration plans; ②122 institutes were selected including women and children organizations, community health service centers, township public health centers, general hospital gynecology and obstetrics departments, kindergartens throughout the all city based on random sorted sampling principle, and then to take observation of their function fulfillment after a year platform being used. Results ①The three levels of network construction pattern with data direct upload was stablished. ②The platform can early give out forewarns when the predetermined value deviates target by its data analysis function.③Innovates the health care pattern and enables the community tracing case dynamically by the help of platform information chain across city. ④Establish the foundation report form on case information, make the information management to be more accurate, promptly and integrity. Conclusion The platform technology can realize data intercommunication and sharing within hole city three level health care network after success application, institues and workers would be more clear about their responsibilities, the information monitor and the feedback iwould be strengthened, and the health care management and the service would make new development under the platform technical support.
