摘要
有这样一个真实的案例：王某被提拔成了一所学校的校长，真可谓“新官上任三把火”，开完校级领导会开中层干部会，开完中层干部会开职工大会，大会小会、长会短会接连不断；各项规章制度亲自制订，补充了再补充，规范了再规范；凡事都得“一竿子插到底”亲自督办。职工们也挑不出什么问题，也只好惟命是从。
