摘要
有这样一个真实的案例:王某被提拔成了一所学校的校长,真可谓“新官上任三把火”,开完校级领导会开中层干部会,开完中层干部会开职工大会,大会小会、长会短会接连不断;各项规章制度亲自制订,补充了再补充,规范了再规范;凡事都得“一竿子插到底”亲自督办。职工们也挑不出什么问题,也只好惟命是从。
