发达国家高职教育中的兼职教师不仅学历高，实践操作能力强，而且专业教学经验丰富，来源广泛，是一支不可多得的社会教育资源，发达国家在兼职教师队伍建设方面建立了完善的聘任机制，使得兼职教师在高职教育中发挥了很大的作用，值得我们借鉴.

Part-time teachers of vocational education in some developed countries come from various areas, who not only have high degrees but also have plenty of practical experiences, play an important role in vocational education. This paper introduces the role and characteristics of the part-time teachers in some countries and proposes some suggestions about how to construct the part-time teacher employment system in our country.
