摘要
采用非接触光电式测量方法,设计了多工位数控刀架误差测量系统。采用双路信号补偿设计消除系统干扰的影响,使用Philip公司的80C552芯片组建单片机系统完成数据采集、到位检测、刀架转动控制、数据显示,采用Visual C++语言编写计算机控制处理软件,实现数据采集、参数分析及可靠性分析等。
An error measuring system for multi-location numerical control cutter holder was developed by adopted non-contact photoelectric measuring method. Compensating design with two-path signals was adapted to divide systematic interference. The 80C552 chip of the Philip association was used to build the single chip microcomputer system to realize data acquisition, arrival detection, rotary controlling and data showing. The computer control processing software was programmed by Visual C++ language, which could realize data acquisition, parametric analysis and reliability analysis.
