醒脑注射液的急性毒性实验研究

Research on the experiment of acute poisoning with consiousness-regaining injection

将醒脑注射液注射于大鼠体内后，对其最大耐受量、局部毒性反应以及不同剂量对大鼠一般反应及相关生理指标的影响进行实验研究。结果表明，该药对大鼠无毒副反应，未引起大鼠死亡。在用药后不同时间内对各剂量组的心率、呼吸、体温、进食、饮水等指标的测量和t检验结果，与对照组无显著差异，且四肢活动正常，局部无红肿等表现，病检结果也证明该药未引起组织损伤与坏死。

We carried out the experimental research on the maximum endurance,local poisoning re-action and the effect of different dosages on the rats after the consciousness-regaining injec-tion was injected into the rats' bodies. The results showed that it produced no poisoning side effects and didn' t cause the rat' s deaths. The indexes as heart,respiration,temperature,diet,drink,etc,were examined and t test was done for the different dosages at different times after administration of the medicine. There was no remarkable difference in comparison with the control group. Their four extremities moved properly. There were no local red and swollen indications. Pathological results also proved it to be no tissue injury and necrosis
