摘要
利用硅烷WD-70对白云母进行表面改性处理,与丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)复合加工制备复合材料,研究了白云母填料用量对ABS复合材料的力学性能的影响。结果表明,白云母以片层状结构分布于ABS中,可有效提高ABS的刚度,在保持较好综合力学性能的基础上,能起到大大降低成本的作用。
Muscovite was surface modified by silane WD-70 firstly and then used as filler for ABS to prepare muscovite/ABS composite. The effects of muscovite loading on the properties of the ABS composite were investigated. The results showed that muscovite dispersed in ABS in the form of flake structure, effectively improved the rigidity of the composite, and could reduce the cost of products greatly on the basis of maintaining the better combined mechanical properties.
