尼龙11对膨胀型阻燃高密度聚乙烯性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以氮磷复合型阻燃剂三聚氰胺磷酸盐(MP)以及小分子成炭剂季戊四醇(PER)和大分子成炭剂尼龙11组成的膨胀型阻燃剂体系阻燃高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)。通过氧指数(LOI)、垂直燃烧(UL-94)、热重分析(TG)和力学性能测试研究了阻燃HDPE性能。研究表明:少量尼龙11(PA6)成炭剂具有显著的协效阻燃效果,可使材料阻燃性能提高,达到UL-94 V-0级别。 The intumescent flame retardant (IFR) including melamine phosphate (MP), pentaerythritol (PER) and polyamide 11 (PAll) were used to flame retardant high density polyethylene (HDPE). The corresponding performances of flame retardant HDPE were investigated by limiting oxygen index(LOl) , UL-94 testing,differential thermogravimetry(TG) and mechanical properties testing. The experimental results showed that the flame retardant HDPE could pass UL-94 V-0 by adding small amount of PAl 1.
