摘要
研究了以尼龙12(PA12)为基体树脂,炭黑(CB)为导电填料的高转变温度正温度系数(PTC)材料。采用熔融共混方法制备了尼龙12/炭黑聚合物PTC复合材料,考查了炭黑含量,热循环等因素对材料PTC性能的影响。并采用示差扫描量热分析(DSC)、热机械曲线分析(TMA)研究了材料PTC效应与材料结构的关系。实验结果表明:尼龙12/炭黑复合材料具有高转变温度的PTC特性,将复合材料进行多次热循环实验,此复合材料仍具有较强的PTC效应。
Positive temperature coefficient ( PTC ) effect of carbon black ( CB ) filled nylonl 2 ( PA 12 ) composites was studied. PA12/CB composite was prepared by melt-mixing. Resistivity-temperature relation of the composite was tested and recorded, Relationship between structure and property of PA12/CB composite was analyzed by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermo-mechanical analysis (TMA). The results showed that PA12/CB composite demonstrated high PTC transition temperature, and high PTC intensity was observed after several heating cycles.
