摘要
抵抗素是存在于血浆中的富含半胱氨酸的分泌性蛋白,属于抵抗素样分子家族,又称脂肪组织特异性分泌因子。其与胰岛素抵抗及炎症等关系密切。非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)代表了一组以甘油三酯在肝内过度贮积而引起的临床病理综合征,目前认为其属于代谢综合征的范畴,胰岛素抵抗及炎症因子的参与是其发病的重要环节。深入研究抵抗素与胰岛素抵抗及炎症的关系将有助于进一步了解NAFLD的发病机制,为寻求合理的治疗方案提供理论依据。
Resistin is a recently discovered adipocytokine and can induce insulin resistance in both rodents and humans. It is one of the resistin-like molecule family (RELMs) of cysteine-rich secretory proteins. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD)is a conlmon clinical syndrome, which is characterized by triacylglycerols (TAGs)accumulation in hepatocytes. But the pathogenesis of NAFLD remains unkonwn. Now it is considered one of the clinical features of the metabolic syndrome in which insulin resistance and inflammation play crucial roles. To elucidate the relationship between resistin, insulin resistance and inflammation deeply we have to further investigate the mechanisms of NAFLD and resistin which may be a new pharmacological therapeutic target to treat NAFLD.
