摘要 滚筒是锚绞机中关键的零部件,研究其工作时的应力情况具有重大的意义.采用三维CAD软件SolidWorks建立滚筒组件三维实体模型,用大型有限元MSC.Nastran软件对其进行了线性静力和强度分析,同时测量了滚筒组件内部特征点的应力值,验证了有限元模型的正确性,为滚筒的优化设计提供了依据. The drum is one of the pivotal parts in the anchor and wring, so it is a very important meaning to do research for its working stress fields. The 3D solid model of drum of anchor and wring is established with SolidWorks software. The comprehensive linear static analysis and strength analysis of the drum of anchor and wring is analyzed using MSC. Nastran software. At the same time, the stress values of the drum of anchor and wring are measured, The correctness of the finite element model of the drum of anchor and wring is verified. The corresponding conclusions offer gist to the optimization design for anchor and wring.
