摘要
讨论了盲文点字到汉语文本的一种实现方法。利用通用键盘输入盲文点字，匹配到相应正确汉字，调用语音库的语音从而实现语音输出。盲人通过语音提示独立操作系统。
This article discusses a method of conversion from Blind's Text to Chinese Text & audio-inputting Blind's Text by using general computer keyboard, outputting sound by calling audio data in the computer.
