塑木复合材料的研究与发展趋势

Focuses and Progress in Research on Wood Fiber/Plastics Composites

综述了近年来国内外塑木复合材料的研究热点和整体发展趋势。当前的研究焦点主要包括:塑木复合材料成型方法研究、塑木复合材料微发泡研究、塑木合金材料研究和赋予塑木复合材料各种特殊性能的研究。这些塑木复合材料的塑料基材主要有:聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯和聚苯乙烯。塑木复合材料的发展趋势主要包括:塑木制品类别向多样化、高附加值方向发展、材料向功能化发展、加工工艺向多样化发展、塑木产品表面后处理技术向多种类发展。

The recent research work and development trends of wood fiber/plastics composites （WPC） were reviewed, the topics covered include processing method, micro-foaming, alloy, and special behavior of WPC. The resin matrix used for WPC includes mainly polyethylene, polypropylene, italy（vinyl chloride）, and polystyrene. The trends of WPC are developing products with special function and high additional value, novel processing methods, and various surface treatment methods.
