摘要
采用聚甲基三乙氧基硅烷(PTS)化学改性双酚 A 型环氧树脂,制备出一系列高性能的 PTS 改性环氧树脂。对固化物的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)、拉伸强度及断裂伸长率、热稳定性进行了分析测定,探讨了改性方法、有机硅含量等对材料性能的影响。结果表明,双酚 A 型环氧树脂通过 PTS(质量比为100/8)化学反应改性后,拉伸强度达到56.61 MPa,断裂伸长率达到10.40%,T_g 达到168.07℃,50%的质量热损失温度达到484℃;比未改性的纯环氧树脂分别提高了7.67 MPa、3.66%、15.44℃、36℃。
Bisphenol A epoxy resin was modified by polymethyl triethoxy silane (PTS), and a series of high performance PTS-modified epoxy resins were prepared. The influences of modification method and contents of modifier on the properties were investigated including glass transition temperature (Tg), tensile strength and elongation at break, thermal stability of the cured materials. When the mass ratio of epoxy resin to PTS was 100/8, the tensile strength, elongation at break, Tg,and 50 % weight loss temperature is 56.61 MPa, 10.40%, 168.07 ℃, and 484 ℃, respectively, compared with those of unmodified resin of 7.67 MPa, 3.66 %, 15.44 ℃, and 36 ℃.
