猪细小病毒感染与疫苗免疫猪鉴别诊断的研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用大肠杆菌表达的猪细小病毒非结构NS1蛋白为抗原,建立了PPV-NS1-ELISA。通过检测91份健康猪血清确定其阴、阳性界限为0.23,以传统的HI作标准,该方法有高特异性(100%)、高敏感性(88%)、高精确度(90%)。批内、批间重复试验的变异系数均低于10%。该方法只与PPV感染猪的血清反应,与PPV灭活苗免疫猪的血清不反应,与猪生殖与呼吸综合症病毒(PRRSV)、伪狂犬病毒(PRV)、口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)、弓形虫(Toxoplasma)、衣原体(Chlamydia)、胸膜肺炎(APP)阳性血清无交叉反应。证明PPV-NS1-ELISA检测方法能够区分PPV感染猪和灭活苗免疫猪。
