我国铁路的高速发展向客运车站的管理和服务提出了全新的要求。本文在分析了这一新的要求的基础上,提出了集行车运营管理、旅客信息服务和设施智能监控为一体的客运车站管理和服务解决方案。

The fast development of Chinese railway introduces much brand-new requirements than before about the management and service of passenger transport station. Based on analyzing these requirements, the paper proposes a solution of passenger transport station management and service, which integrating train operation management, passenger information service and equipment intelligent monitoring.
