高职IT类专业人才培养模式研究

On the Training Mode of IT Professional Talents in Higher Vocational college

目前,高职IT类专业学生培养存在着沿袭本科相近专业的培养计划、培养目标和培养方式等弊端,为结合社会的实际情况和人才需求状况,有针对性进行高职IT类人才的培养,那就必须按照社会需求,明确人才培养目标、培养模式,进而确定知识结构及知识体系,制定切实可行的适合高职IT类专业学生发展的人才培养方案。

At present there exist some disadvantages of training higher vocational students of IT major in the aspect of training plan, training object and training pattern. This paper discusses with emphasis how to foster the IT talents in accordance with the actual social situation and demand and how to make out the feasible teaching scheme catering for IT students＇ development with clear training goal and training pattern as well as definite knowledge structure and system.
