In the developing process of higher education, normal colleges face a lot of difficulties and new challenges, which are related to their survival and development. This article is to probe into the challenges in the period of transition, and put forward some ways to the transformation of the managing ideology, the restructure of the disciplines, and the optimization of curricula so that normal colleges can develop greatly and smoothly.
