摘要
以柳州师范高等专科学校非体育专业2005级女大学生为研究对象,对其身体形态、机能、素质进行实证研究。结果表明:经过一个学期的锻炼,健美操练习能有效降低女大学生体重,减小腰围、上臂围、大腿围,有效提高肺活量,发展上、下肢和腰腹肌力量;羽毛球练习对练习者身体形态、机能影响均不显著,但能有效发展女大学生下肢及腰腹肌力量。
An experiment has been made in Liuzhou Teachers College to prove whether the course of callisthenics or that of badminton influences the shapes, the physical mechanism and quality of girl students who is not majoring in PE education. The result shows that after training in body-building exercise for a semester, most girl students have lost their weights, and slimmed their waistlines, hiplines and thighs, and raised their vital capacity of lungs, and improved the powers of their limbs and lumbar muscles, while the training in badminton exercise affects less their shapes and mechanisms of the bodies, but effectively improved the powers of their lower limbs and lumbar muscles.
