摘要
本文分析了"绿色水电"及"绿色水电认证",探讨了在农村水电行业借鉴这样一套完整的体系,结合我国的工作实际,制定和实施绿色水电认证活动,加强农村水电的建设和管理,建设环境友好的中小型水电站的可行性。
