Build up Electrification to Further Promote the New Countryside Construction of Taining County

介绍泰宁县"十一五"水电农村电气化的实施意见,在现有初级农村电气化县所取得成果基础上,提出通过以组建实体,滚动发展"以电代柴"作为新一轮水电农村电气化主要建设内容,为促进泰宁县新农村建设和生态旅游县建设发挥重要作用。

The paper introduces the fulfillment of rural hydropower electrification in the lth Five-Year Plan. Based on the results learnt from the preliminary rural hydropower electrification construction, it brings forward the main construction content, which is to integrate into the entity for the scroll development of ＂substituting power for bavin＂ and new countryside and ecological tourism construction in Taining county.
