摘要
安全生产是小水电的生命线,本文介绍了温州市小水电的基本情况,分析了小水电安全生产目前存在的主要问题,并结合工作实践,对加强小水电安全生产,消除安全隐患提出了一些思路和措施。
The safe production is the lifeline of small hydropower, The paper introduces the basic situation of small hydropower in Wenzhou city, analyzes the main problems existed into the safe production of small hydropower. Incorporating into the working practice, the paper puts forward some ideas and ways to eliminate the hidden safety trouble and to reinforce the small hydropower safety production.
