摘要
目的了解初中生心理健康状况及心理教育认知水平,为语文教学中渗透心理健康教育提供信息支持。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及自编问卷,对670名初中生进行心理健康状况及心理教育认知水平的调查。结果SCL-90自评量表调查显示强迫、人际敏感、敌意、妄想、抑郁、精神病检出率较高;女生在抑郁与敌意2项因子上得分高于男生,而男生在强迫因子上得分明显高于女生,差别均有统计学意义(p<0.05);我校学生躯体化、强迫和敌意3个因子得分高于全国中学生常模,而精神病因子得分低于全国中学生常模,差别均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。自编问卷调查显示多数学生忽视心理健康,而对心理健康教育感兴趣,希望开设心理健康教育课程,并认为语文教学是最好的载体。结论我校学生心理健康问题普遍存在,关注学生心理健康,加强心理健康教育是学校迫切需要解决的问题。
Objective To investigate psychological health status and cognitive level of psychagogy of junior middle students, then to provide information to bring education of psychological health into language teaching. Method Psychological health status and cognitive level of psychagogy of 670 junior middle students were investigated by symptom checklis (SCL-90) and home-edited questionaire. Results Survey by SCL-90 shew compulsive, sensitiveness of relationship, hostility, delusion, depression and psychosis were mainly serious symptom factors of students. Depression and hostility of girls were more significant than boys, while compulsive of boys was more significant than girls. Somatization, compulsive and hostility of students in our school were more significant than national normal level of middle school students. The results of home-edited questionnaire indicated psychological health was disregarded by most of students who were interesting in education of psychological health and hoped education of psychological health would be brought into tesching and regarded language teaching as best carrying agent of education of psychological health. Conclusion Psychological health problems are common among junior middle students in our school. We should pay more attention on psychological health problems and psychagogy.
