摘要
目的探讨同辈叙事教学对缓解和消除大学生心理问题的实效,为大学生健康教育提供参考。方法根据同辈群体效应和叙事心理辅导的理论,先把9名问题学生培训成咨询员,再让他们到42名同学中实施叙事教学。通过SCL-90量表对学生活动前后进行测评,用SPSS10.0进行统计。结果51名同学活动前后比较,在躯体化、强迫症、敌对、精神病性因子分有显著性差异(p<0.05),在人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子分有非常显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论同辈叙事教学能大范围、快速度地缓解或消除大学新生的灰色心理。
Objective To discuss the effect of narratire teaching in the peer group on easing or removing the mental problems, so as a reference made by psychology education. Method According to the theories of the peer group effect and narrative counseling, first of all, 9 problem students are well trained, and then make them teach other 42 new college students according to the same way in the peer group. The students were tested by SCL-90 before and after the activities, the results were analysed. Results Through the test results of SCL-90 inventory, 51 college students get significant differences (p〈0.05) in the symptoms of somatization compulsion, hostility and psychogenic, their interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety and crankiness factor appears more significant difference (p〈0.01). Conclusion Narrative teaching in the peer group can also fasten the transforming for the more freshmen of mental problems.
