摘要
目的了解高校教师当前的亚健康状况,为教职工的预防保健工作提供相关资料。方法对620名在职教师的亚健康状况进行问卷调查,然后对数据进行统计分析。结果被调查教师中74.96%处于亚健康状态,有23.88%具有5种以上亚健康状态。结论高校教师的亚健康状况是一个不容忽视的问题。开展健康宣传,提高抗病能力,预防亚健康的发生。
Objective The author aims at learning the current healthy state of the in-service teachers in our university, and providing the related data for health care and precaution. Method The author selects 620 teachers as subjects to make an analysis of their subhealthy statuses. Results 74.96% of the teachers are in subhealthy states, and 23.88% have more than 5 kinds. Conclusion The author propagandizes for health care, summons all to sharpen the disease-resistant ability, and take precautions against subhealthy occurrence.
