摘要神经肽B是一个由29个氨基酸组成的肽,它是G-蛋白耦联受体7(GPR7)的内源性配体,它们在中枢神经系统有广泛的表达。神经肽B可能与神经内分泌系统、体重平衡和食物摄取等的调节有关。 Neuropeptide B （NPB） that consists of 29 amino acid was identified to be an endogenous ligand for the G-protein coupled receptor 7 （GPRT）. The distribution of NPB and GPR7 messenger RNA in central nervous system suggests that NPB is involved in the regulation of the body weight homeostasis, the neuroendocrine system and feeding.
