摘要
采用唐山钢铁股份有限公司FTSR连铸连轧生产线生产的热轧卷作为生产冷轧低碳钢板的原料,研究了不同卷取温度和冷轧压下率对冷轧薄板深冲性能的影响。结果表明,采用低温卷取有利于提高钢板的深冲性能。以3.5mm厚和2.5mm厚热轧板为原料的冷轧低碳钢板的r值分别在冷轧压下率为70.2%和71.3%时出现峰值。生产厚度大于等于0.8mm的低碳钢板时应采用3.5mm厚的热轧卷,生产厚度小于0.8mm的冷轧板时应采用2.5mm厚的热轧卷。
The effects of coiling temperature and cold rolling reduction ratio on deep-drawing properties of lowcarbon sheets hot-rolled by FTSR of Tangsteel were investigated in laboratory. The experiment results show that low coiling temperature can improve the deep-drawing properties. The maximum r values of low-carbon sheets hot-rolled from 3.5ram-thick and 2.5ram-thick strips are achieved respectively at the cold reduction of 70, 2% and 71.3%. 3.5mm-thick strips should be used for the production of low-carbon sheets with thickness no more than 0.8ram and 2.5ram-thick strips for those thinner than 0.8ram.
