降低H型钢残余热应力的三维有限元仿真分析 被引量:6

摘要 借助于LS-DYNA仿真软件,在H型钢轧制全程的热力耦合仿真分析结果的基础上,完成了对轧后H型钢翼缘外侧强制冷却及改善终轧H型钢断面温度分布情况下的H型钢残余热应力状态的三维热力耦合仿真分析。针对述及的热轧H型钢产品,根据仿真结果分析得到:采用轧后强制冷降翼缘外侧的方法,可改变H型钢断面残余应力的分布状态,降低H型钢腹板部位的压应力;同时,可改善H型钢终轧断面的温度分布,降低终轧断面温差,使轧后H型钢残余应力得到改善,其中残余拉、压状态的应力值均可降低。 Commercial FEM program LS-DYNA has been used to do the simulation of thermal residual stress in H--beam, with the thermal mechanical coupled method and the whole rolling process simulation result used as the initial thermal field. The simulation results show that, with forced cooling on the outside of the flange, the residual compressive stress in the flange become smaller and with temperature difference reduced both of the compression and tension become smaller.
