摘要
介绍了在生产奥氏体不锈钢线材时,通过调整C、N、Ni、Cu等元素含量,提高了奥氏体的稳定性,减少了形变马氏体α′相的形成。利用控冷辊道进行轧后控制冷却改善了线材的性能。选用HF+HNO3对线材进行酸洗白化后,线材表面良好,从而满足了用户对产品的要求。
When produce austenite stainless wire rod, the steady austenite was obtained and α' phase of deformed martensite was reduced by adjusting C. N. Ni. Cu contents. Meanwhile, combining with the con- trolled rolling and cooling technology, the properties of wire rod was improved. To assure the surface quality, HF+ HNO3 was applied to pickling, and good effects were obtained.
