摘要
介绍了超低碳IF钢中合金元素的作用、铁素体区轧制的优点,并对铁素体区轧制时变形温度、压下量、润滑条件及退火工艺对板卷深冲性能的影响进行了分析。
Functions of alloying elements in ultra low carbon IF steel and advantage of ferrite rolling are introduced. The influences of deformation temperature, rolling reduction, lubrication and annealing process on deep stamping property of coil are analyzed.
