摘要
根据市场需要选择了15种香烟,模拟实际环境在一间容积为75.5 m3的办公室里采集了环境烟草烟雾的样本,用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)定量分析了其中的23种多环芳烃(PAHs)组分。结果表明:15种香烟的颗粒物含量的平均值为15.8±1.4 mg/cig(毫克/支),且多环芳烃含量并没有随着焦油含量的变化而变化。屈艹、甲基屈艹、苯并[e]芘、苯并[a]芘、荧蒽,这五种PAHs分别占超低焦油含量香烟(ULT)、全香料型低焦油含量香烟(FFLT)及全香料型香烟(FF)中PAHs的54.3%、54.2%和55.4%。多环芳烃特征参数比值(CPAHs/TPAHs、Flu/Flu+Pyr、BaA/BaA+Chr、BeP/BeP+BaP、IcdP/IcdP+BghiP)的大小与前人研究都具有一定的可比性。
15 cigarette brands are selected according to the market shares. The environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) constituents in a real environment are investigated in an office with a volume of 75.5 m^3. The 23 PAHs are measured using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Average values for 15 cigarettes tested are 15.8±1.4 mg /cig, and it is interesting to note that the PAHs concentrations did not increase with increase of tar as expected. The contributions of 5 PAHs (fluoranthene, chrysene, methylchrysene, benzo[e] pyrene and benzo[a]pyrene) are 54.3%, 54.2% and 55.4% in ultra low tar (ULT), full flavor low tar (FFLT) and full flavor (FF), respectively. The parameters such as CPAHs/TPAHs, Flu/Flu + Pyr, BaA/BaA+Chr,BeP/BeP+BaP, IcdP/IcdP+BghiP in this study are comparable to other studies for environmental tobacco smoke.
