摘要
马兰哥尼对流在金属的晶体生长过程中具有重要意义。本文用一种解析的方法——同伦分析方法和数值的padé逼近法求解了In-Ga-Sb系统中的马兰哥尼对流问题,给出了当Pr数比较小时与数值解接近的近似解析解。
The Marangoni Convection is of important effects on crystal growth of metals. In the paper, a kind of analytical method-homotopy analysis method and the Pad approximating technique for numerical value are applied to solve the Marangoni Convection problem in an In-Ga-Sb system. The results of approximately analytical solution similar with numerical solution are given when Pr is smaller.
