摘要
在唐钢150 t复吹转炉上开发出适用于百吨以上顶底复吹转炉的音频化渣技术,并根据音频曲线实现了转炉吹炼操作的量化分级管理。该技术的开发与应用,有效控制了转炉吹炼过程的喷溅和返干,改善了冶炼过程的化渣效果,一次拉碳率从45%提高到66%,冶炼周期从41.45 min缩短到37.31 min,冶炼技术水平明显提高。
The technique of audio frequency slag melting has been exploited for top and bottom combined blown converter in 150 t combined blowing converter of Tangshan Iron and Steel Company. It quantifies and grades the operation of converter blowing on audio frequency curve. The use of this technology reduces the slag slopping and slag drying happening, improves the effect of slag melting on the converter smelting process, increases the rate of one time carbon from 45% to 66%, shortens oxygen-blowing cycle from 41.15 minutes to 37.31 minutes, therefore, the level of converter smelting has been improved greatly.
