摘要
通过水泥胶砂流动性、强度及化学结合水量试验,研究了超细粉煤灰(UFA)水泥基复合胶凝材料的水化性能。结果表明,UFA有减水增强和密实填充效果;以25%的UFA等量取代水泥,成功配制了铁路预应力钢筋混凝土试验梁工程的高性能混凝土。
According to a series of experiments such as cement mortar flowability, strength and chemically combined water, the hydration performance of composite cement-based materials containing Uhra-fine Fly Ash (UFA) was studied. The results indicated that UFA has the effects of dense packing, water reducing and strength increasing. Based on testing in the laboratory, UFA high-performance concrete, which is successfully used for the prestressed reinforced concrete testbeams of railway, this beams was produced by UFA replacing 25% equivalent cement.
