摘要
考察了该选矿厂选钼与选铁工艺全过程,在整理分析大量数据的基础上,揭示了各工艺环节现状和存在问题,该矿石属于难选矿、流程结构不合理、分级再磨在选钼过磨而在选铁欠磨等,提出进一步优化工艺指标的方向和建议。
The total technological flowsheet of separating Mo and magnetite at the concentrator were investigated. On the basis of calculating and analyzing lot＇s of data, exposes every technological link status and existent problems,such as refractory mineral,unjust flowsheet structure,the regrinding being excessive in separating Mo and lacking in separating magnetite etc. Direction and suggestion for further optimizing technology index were put forward.
