油酸钠浮选体系中无机阴离子调整剂对重晶石可浮性的影响

EFFECT OF INORGANIC ANION MODIFIERS ON FLOTABILITY OF BARITE IN NAOL FLOTATION SYSTEM

研究了重晶石在油酸钠浮选体系中的基本可浮性,并对Na2SiO3、Na2SiF6(、NaPO3)6三种调整剂对重晶石上浮率的影响做了试验研究。结果表明,三种调整剂对重晶石有明显的抑制作用,作用大小顺序为(NaPO3)6>Na2SiF6>Na2SiO3。三种调整剂对重晶石的抑制作用受到油酸钠用量和pH值的影响。

Basic flotability of barite and the effect of three types of inorganic anion modifiers（Na2SiO3,Na2SiF6, （NaPO3）6） on barite recovery in NaO1 flotation system are researched. The results show that the three types of modifiers all have obvious depression on barite flotation, and the effect sequence is （NaPO3）6〉Na2SiF6〉 Na2SiO3. And the depression effect is related with NaO1 dosage and pH.
