安眠补脑糖浆质量标准研究

Studies on Quality Standard for Anmian Bunao Syrup

制定安眠补脑糖浆的质量标准.对五味子、麦冬、制何首乌进行了薄层鉴别.用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中2,3,5,4＇＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量.在0.05632～0.61952 μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.8%（RSD=1.5%）.方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于控制安眠补脑糖浆的质量.

The quality standard of Anmian bunao syrup was established. Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Polygoni Multiflori Praeparata Cum Succo Glyeines Sotae were identified by TLC, and the content of 2, 3, 5, 4＂- Tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside was determined by HPLC. The qualitative identification with TLC was specific. The methodological study showed that a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 05632 - 0. 61952μg. The average recovery was 98. 8% （RSD=1. 5%）. The method is simple, accurate and with good reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Anmian Bunao Syrup.
