对门冬氨酸钾镁注射剂中镁盐的化学鉴别方法进行改进。采用稀盐酸试液调节溶液pH值至门冬氨酸等电点,使形成沉淀,以消除门冬氨酸对镁盐鉴别的干扰。方法简单易行,适用于门冬氨酸钾镁注射剂中镁盐的化学鉴别。

Make an improvement on chemical identification of magnesium in potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartatse injection, pH of solution was regulated to isoelectric point of aspartate by test solution of HC1 for Forming sediment, in order to eliminate interference of aspartate to identification of Mg. The method in simple and feasible. It can be used for chemical identification of Mg in potassium aspartate and magnesium aspartatse injection.
