摘要
以海带为原料,研究了降低海藻中砷含量的系列方法。研究结果表明,本研究采用的理化方法均可有效地降低海藻中砷的含量,而化学处理效果优于物理处理;酸处理方法中强酸处理效果优于弱酸。
In this article, kelp was used as raw material, a series methods to reduce the arsenic content in the seaweed were studied. The findings indicated, these physics and chemistry methods we used may reduce the arsenic content in the seaweed effectively, but chemistry processing effect surpasses physical processing; in the acid treatment methods the strong acid processing effect surpasses the weak acid.
