摘要
采用DPPH法对苹果皮提取物的抗氧化性做了研究,采用单因素实验和正交实验方法确定了抗氧化性最强的提取方案。最佳方案为用料液比为1∶10,浓度为80%的丙酮在40℃水浴中加热提取两次,每次3h,此条件下DPPH.清除率为94.06%,总多酚含量为3.067mg/g,总黄酮含量为1.844mg/g,原花青素含量为1.049mg/g。
In this paper, DPPH method was used to determine the antioxidation of apple pericarp extraction. Though single actor and orthogonal design, the optimum scheme was as follows: material to liquid 1 : 10, concentration of acetone was 80%, temperature was 40℃,and 3h with extracting for twice. Under these conditions the clearence of DPPH was 94.06% ,total phenolic was 3. 067mg/g, total flavone was 1. 844mg/g, proanthocyanidins was 1. 049mg/g.
