摘要
以甘蔗糖蜜为碳源发酵生产高生物量高富铁酵母,通过单因素实验和正交实验设计,确定优化的培养条件为温度28℃,pH5.0,接种量8%,装液量200mL/500mL,培养时间72h,在此最优发酵条件下,该菌株的生物量为13.46g/L,铁含量为7.97mg/g,细胞总铁含量可达到107.28mg/L。
The iron -enriched yeast was produced by using sugar- cane molasses, after single factor and orlhogonal design experiments, the optimal combinations were as follow,, the initial pH of culture medium is 5.0 ,the inoculating content is 8% and then culture on the shake bed with 180r/min at 28℃ for about 72h, under the optimized conditions , the biomass was 13.46 g/L,iron content of the yeast cell was 7.97mg/g, and the total iron content was 107.28mg/L
